At Redux Energy, we develop state-of-the-art energy storage solutions, based on the safest, most thermally stable type of lithium batteries: Lithium-Ferro(Iron)-Phosphate (LiFePO4).

Travel on Water
Whether you are at sea for multiple days without shore power, or just out for a day trip on a lake, Redux Energy provides safe and reliable power for all on-board electronic devices running on 12 Volt, 24 Volt or 48 volt, powering even smaller outboard motors for sailing yachts or fishing boats (max. 6 kW).
With one of our powerful 230 Volt inverters, you can even run many devices the same way as you would with shore power or at home. This further reduces the need for boat-specific devices running at 12V or 24V or even on gas. Run an electric water kettle, microwave or even an electric stove, just as you would at home. Finally, no more need for gas on board.

Extended Individual Mobility
Extend your individual mobility by prolonging your range outdoors with our battery solutions developed specifically for your needs. We have 12 Volt, 24 Volt and 48 Volt battery solutions developed specifically for electric wheelchairs and wheelchair-tractors, such as the Swiss-Trac. Our batteries will double the range and tripple the lifecycle compared to lead-acid batteries. Existing battery chargers can be used in most cases and with our bluetooth-app, you can check the status of the battery on your phone, so no need to be concerned to get stranded outdoors any longer!

In 2020, Redux Energy has scaled its business to include larger mini-grids and on-grid Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Our BESS solutions range from few kWhs to MWh scale. With our highly scalable facilities in a central location in Zurich, Switzerland, close to international transportation nodes, we can swiftly tailor to your needs. Redux Energy is active in Switzerland, with export market presence in Europe and Africa.

SwissAmp 360
The latest addition to the line of Battery Energy Storage Systems developed by Redux Energy is the SwissAmp 360. This is a hybrid on-grid/off-grid battery energy storage system with advanced capabilities and a switching time of < 10 ms. It allows 3 phase AC consumption of up to 20 KW as well as solar PV connections for up to 30 kWp and a high voltage battery with a capacity up to 70 kWh (2x 35 kWh).
Moreover, the system can be scaled by connecting up to 10 systems in parallel, thereby creating a battery bank of up to 10x 70 kWh = 700kWh of capacity and a maximum power output of up to 10x 20 KW = 200 KW and 10x 30kWp = 300 kWp of solar capacity can be connected. This makes the system ideally suited to adapt to changing energy needs.
The system includes advanced monitoring capabilities with connectivity by WIFI, Bluetooth, RS485/CAN-BUS and a physical display for every inverter. This is the ideal setup for optimal use of energy self consumption using solar PV and advanced communication interfaces with different appliances, but it can also be configured for load balancing, peak shaving or for maximum PV-consumption, depending on your priority.
Last but not least: with a switching time of less than 10ms between On-Grid and Off-Grid, the SwissAmp 360 Battery Energy Storage System can even function as a UPS for sensitive loads, thereby adding additional value for use cases where a backup is required.
